The mission of the Rio Grande Fine Arts Community of Educators is to enhance and provide access to the Fine Arts, ensuring that all individuals are provided the opportunity to engage with, create, and be inspired by artistic expression. We strive to break down economic, social, and geographic barriers while advocating for equitable access through community programs, educational initiatives, and community partnerships, fostering a world where the Fine Arts are deemed necessary as a shared and celebrated part of every life.
